Litha Willene Jett Rogers passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 in 
Covington, LA. She was born, Friday, December 17, 1948 in Birmingham, AL and 
has been a resident of Louisiana for over 45 years.

She is survived by her dear husband of 49 years- Donald J. Rogers, Sr.; two 
sons - Donald J. Rogers, Jr. (Sheryl) and Marty A. Rogers (Lien); four 
stepchildren- James, Robert, Connie, Sharron ; one sister - Joan Austin; one 
brother - Billy Joe Jett and four grandchildren - Mitchell, Isabella, Marissa, 
and a grandson on the way. She was also an amazing aunt to five nieces and ten 
nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother Evelyn Harmon McMillan and her father – 
Greenberry Jett; one sister - Naomi Smith and two brothers- Jackie Jett and 
Keith Jett.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral services at 4:00 PM on 
Sunday, January 12, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours on Sunday will begin at 2:00 PM.

Interment in Birmingham, AL will take place at a later date.
