Joseph Samuel Adams of Mandeville, LA died on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 
the age of 28. 
He was born on November 24,1985 in New Orleans, LA to Joseph L. and Christine 
Templet Adams.

Joey will be dearly missed by his sister Katherine A. Hode and her husband 
Ryan. 
He sadly leaves behind his young nephew, Thomas Joseph Hode. 
He was the loving grandson of Mary C. Adams and the late Joseph S. Adams, and 
Geraldine and Durward Templet. 
He was the nephew of Joann and David Maurer, Jacqueline and David Didier, 
Rondalyn and Leland Reeser, Michael Templet and Dianna Grose, Robert and Bobbi 
Templet, and Paul and Kelley Templet. 
Joseph will be missed by many cousins, numerous friends, relatives, and his 
loyal dog, Rocky.

Joey attended the John Folse Culinary Institute at Nicholls State University. 
He enjoyed the outdoors, spending time fishing & sailing with his family in the 
Caribbean, & had a passion for cooking.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on 
Saturday, March 1, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, 
Covington, LA 70433 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 12:00 Noon until service 
time. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in JoeyÕs memory be made 
to a youth charity of your choice.
