Daughter of the late Lee Barnard and Zephyr Mae Bailey Barnard. She was the beloved wife of the late Dolph H. Lee, of 47 years. Jean was born and raised in Springhill, LA and lived in DeRidder and Alexandria, LA, as well as Dallas and Friendswood, TX. At the time of her passing, she was residing in Mandeville, LA. She is survived by two daughters, Cynthia Jagneaux (Jim LaCroix), Covington, LA, Candice Horn (Jack), Friendswood, TX and two sons, Marvin W. Lee (Lisa), Covington, LA and Jerry D. Lee (Debbie), Mandeville, LA. Jean was the treasured grandmother of ten, Lex, Brooke and Courtney Jagneaux, Grant Lee, Jessica Lee Wardlaw (Russell), Chelsea Lee Cotton (Ryan), Jerrett (Rachel), Nathan, Allison and Daniel Horn. Beloved great grandmother of three, Hayden Cotton, Sophia Wardlaw, and Chett Horn. Beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews dear to her heart. Jean touched many lives as she served our Lord as a Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Church-DeRidder, LA and at Emmanuel Baptist Church-Alexandria, LA for many years. Jean was a testimony in the City Hall of Dallas, TX serving for twenty years in various departments. She was truly an inspiration to all who knew her. JeanŐs great LOVE for the Lord, as well as her family and friends, was the delight of her life. She also loved many aspects of nature, especially birds, seashells, plants and flowers. Family and friends are invited to the funeral service for a celebration of her life at BaileyŐs funeral Home, Haynesville, LA. Visitation begins at 11:00 AM on Sunday, March 2 with services beginning at 12:00. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude ChildrenŐs Research Hospital or Hospice of St. Tammany (HOST). ===================
