He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years Theda ÒTedieÓ Meade Hodges Cahill. Loving father of Caroline N. Cahill, Marion F. Vargas (Noel), Forrest E. Cahill, William P. Cahill, Jr., Corinne A. Cahill and the late Edward D. Cahill (Rhonda). Proud grandfather or ÒPopsÓ to Kaitlyn Cahill, Tedie Cahill, CiCi Cahill, Hannah Cahill and Abigail Cahill. Lovingly joined with extended family Carlys H. Guillot (Carlton), Jack Hodges Jr. (Kristine), Harold Meade Hodges (Shirley), John David Hodges (Audrianna), Ann Hodges Simon also including 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren (and baby Guillot on the way). He was preceded in death by his parents Leverich and Marion Cahill and former wife George-Ann Davidson Cahill. Age 85, a native of New Orleans, La and resident of The Windsor Senior Living Community in Mandeville, La. BillyÕs profession was sales and business form printing. Prior to retirement, he worked for Ives Business Forms for over 20 years. He never met a stranger! Billy had a kind, loving heart and he loved to Òpass a good timeÓ. He had an infectious smile and incredible sense of humor. He was a ÒMan of ManresaÓ for over 40 years. He loved Òhis brideÓ, his family and his friends who loved him right back! The family would like to thank the entire staff and residents of The Windsor Senior Living Community-you are the most loving, beautiful family and we love you! We would like to also thank the staff of the Northshore Americare Hospice and Passages Hospice at The Sanctuary. We could not have done this without you!
