JANE SAVARD CARR, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2014 at the age of 52.

She was the proud mother of five children who were the main focus of her life.
She loved them dearly and dedicated countless hours of her time successfully 
ensuring that they had a happy and healthy childhood.

She is survived by her loving children, Corinne (Erik), Jorie, Cheree, Jake and 
Charlie Carr.
She was survived by her mother, Freida G. Nelson, several siblings and was 
predeceased by her father, Raymond W. Savard.

Janie was born August 24, 1961 in Port Lavaca, Texas but grew up in Metairie 
where she graduated from Bonnabel High School. She moved to Slidell in the 
summer of 1996 and resided there until her passing. Janie had a big heart and 
helped friends and strangers during their times of need.

She will be missed by her family and friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial
Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Friday, March 7, 2014 at 11:00 A.M.

Visitation on Friday morning after 10:00 A.M. until funeral time.

Donations to St. JudeÕs Childrens Hospital, preferred, in lieu of flowers.
