Joseph P. Deroche, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at the age of 
83.

Beloved husband of Gertrud Mueller Deroche. Loving father of Barbara Brunet 
(Dale), Patricia Tullos and Annette Arceneaux. Son of the late Edna McElroy 
Deroche and Joseph P. Deroche. Brother of the late Rita Leblanc, Joyce Pitre, 
Ernest Deroche and Gordon Deroche. Grandfather of Eric Crutchfield, Jonah 
Arceneaux, Justin Tullos and Matthew Verdin and also survived by three great-
grandchildren.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial services 
on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, 
Covington, LA 70433 at 1:00 PM with visitation on Saturday from 11:00 AM until 
service time.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Mr. Deroche 
to be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude ChildrenŐs Hospital
