Christopher Brian Killeen, born July 4, 1960, in New Orleans, passed away 
peacefully after a long illness on Monday, March 31, 2014. 

He was the fifth child of Claire Favrot Killeen and the late W. Harvey Killeen. 

He is survived by his mother and seven siblings: Elizabeth Killeen, Walter H. 
Killeen (Margarita), Helen Killeen, Teresa Sturch (Calvin), Donovan Killeen 
(Meleny), Timothy Killeen (Katherine), James Killeen (Jenny) and many nieces 
and nephews.

Chris taught us how to appreciate the blessings we have and not take life for 
granted. Always artistically creative and musically gifted, Chris played his 
harmonica for his family and fellow residents at Forest Manor Nursing Home in 
Covington. 

We would like to thank the staff at Forest Manor for their devoted care of 
Chris.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on 
Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, 
Covington, LA 70433 at 11:00 AM with visitation on Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 
Mass time.

Interment will follow in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in memory of Chris to be 
made to St. Labre Indian School
