Brooke Nicole Moise, age 30, a lifelong resident of Covington, died on Sunday, 
March 30, 2014, at ChildrenŐs Hospital in New Orleans, LA.  

Born, Saturday, September 03, 1983 to Gerald "Bob" Robert Moise, Jr. and Tammy 
Cannon Moise. 

Survived by her: Father Gerald "Bob" Robert Moise, Jr., Mother Tammy Cannon 
Moise, Brothers Gerald Robert Moise, III, and Ryan Joseph Moise, Grand Fathers 
Gerald Robert Moise, Sr., and Winston Cannon. She was predeceased by her Grand 
Mothers Karen Orr Moise, and Esther Kathleen Cannon. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM on 
Friday, April 04, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue 
Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Friday, April 04, 2014 from 9:00 AM until 
service time.

Interment in Garden of the Pines Covington, LA
