Eli George Rhode, age 22 years old passed away on Monday, March 31, 2014. 
Born in Covington, LA. 
Son of Alice LeBlanc Rhode and George Rhode IV. 

A graduate of Northlake Christian School and the Culinary Institute Of America, 
in Hyde Park, NY., receiving an AssociateÕs Degree in the Culinary Arts.  
Eli received the designation  of Eagle Scout in 2009, troop 610. 
He was working as a chef for a  very prominent restaurant family in New Orleans 
at the time of his death. 

Survived by his parents, four siblings; Hanna Rhode Hickman, Faye Rhode 
Chauvin, Rebecca Lauren Rhode and Aaron Thomas Rhode; two nephews Tucker 
McIntyre Hickman and Steven Pierce Chauvin, and one niece, Elliot Leigh 
Hickman.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Monday. 
April 7, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Evangelical Church, 19380 N. 10Th St., 
Covington, LA 70433. Visitation from 9:15 AM until service time. 

Interment will follow in Abita Springs Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a donation to any 
charitable cause and please notify the family of your choice.
