Son of the late Oscar Cyril and Mary Alice Caldwell Seybold. Survived by his wife, Madren Kemp Seybold; siblings Michael Seybold, Carolyn Lippincott, Donald Seybold, Mary Elizabeth Montgomery and Paul Helm; daughters Susan Gibbons and Sara Buckalew; stepsons William Gary Crouch and Richard Calhoun; grandchildren, Garrison Crouch and Sharona, Sharla and Summer Buckalew, as well as three great grandsons. Summa was a devoted member of Lacombe United Methodist Church and the Slidell Gideon Camp. He was especially proud of serving in the U.S. Air Force, 405th Bomb Squad, in Korea , after which he obtained a B.S. degree in Geology from L.S.U. Heartfelt appreciation to the Heart Transplant Team at Ochsner Medical Center and to the loving, caring members of Lakeshore Hospice. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at Lacombe United Methodist Church, 27577 St. Joseph St, Lacombe, LA 70445 on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Visitation at the church on Saturday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time. Interment in the Spence Cemetery, Salem, MS.
