AMY ÒDEEÓ ANDERSON JENSEN, age 93 years, of Slidell, LA passed away on 
Thursday, April 17, 2014, peacefully at her home.

Beloved Wife of the late George N Jensen
Mother of Gerald Niel Jensen(Cindy), Shiela Thompson(Tom), Vickie 
Abbott(Vince)and Phyllis Dillon(Jim).
Step-mother of the late Rena Kay Porter.
Sister of Ophelia (Mutt) Shackleford, the late Ruby Riles, Ed Anderson, Wayne 
Anderson, Dean Anderson, Georgia Thompson.
Also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great 
grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A native of Jones County, Ms., a former longtime resident of New Orleans and a 
resident of Slidell since 1981.

She was a Beautician for Maison Blanche for many years until it closed and was 
a volunteer for Slidell Memorial Hospital for the past 17 years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Monday, April 21, 2014 at 11:00 A.M.

Interment in Lake Lawn Metairie Cemetery.

Visitation on Monday after 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
