MCCONNELL, SHIRLEY 

On Tuesday, April 8, 2014 Rev. Shirley McConnell passed away at the age 62 
years. 

She is survived by her husband William McConnell, her daughters Janette Spring 
(Michael), Wynette Polk (Charlie), DeeDee McConnell, her brother Michael 
Henderson (Diane) and her sister Connie Slocum (Mike). 
She is also survived by her grandchildren Shaun Spring, Brennon McConnell, 
Shane Spring, Bradon McConnell, Trace Spring, and Bethannie McConnell her Jesus 
Name Apostolic Church Family, and a host of nieces, nephews and relatives that 
she adored. 

Mrs. McConnell is preceded in death by her mother Bessie Hudson and her 3 
fathers Ernest Alexander, Robert Reynolds and Alford Henderson. 

Her services will be held at Jesus Name Apostolic Church located in Pearl 
River, Louisiana. Visitation on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 4:00PM until service 
time on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 1:00PM. 

Interment will follow at Hickory Memorial Gardens Cemetery also located in 
Pearl River, Louisiana.
