BLAND, VICTORIA ÒVICKIÓ LEE HALL 

On Thursday, April 24, 2014 beloved Wife, Mom & MawMaw, Victoria ÒVickiÓ Bland, 
of Mont Belvieu, finished her battle with cancer. She was 61 years old. 

Vicki was born near Yosemite California on February 16, 1953. 

In 1969 she married her soul mate, Stephen C. Bland and the couple raised their 
three children in Pearl River, Louisiana. 

Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Alma Hall and her son, 
Stephen Anthony Bland. Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Stephen 
Bland; daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Stan Czerno and daughter Casandra 
Bland; grandchildren, Courtland, Ashton, Gabriel and Mia and her many beloved 
pets.

Vicki was a kind and loving woman that always put others first. She spent her 
life caring for orphaned or injured animals who could always find a home filled 
with love and healing. She will be sorely missed.

She said Yosemite was her favorite place on Earth other than home and tried to 
visit her family there annually. 

In lieu of gifts her family requests donations in her honor to the humane 
society, animal rescue shelter or the Yosemite National Park Conservancy, 

Friends are welcome to join her family at a memorial service which will be held 
on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at D.T. Williams Funeral home 67525 Hwy 41, Pearl 
River, Louisiana.
