Jason Erich McLain passed away peacefully at home on Monday, June 30, 2014. 
He was born the beloved son of Barney and Beth Barker McLain, on Monday, April 
20, 1964. 

He is also survived by his sister Amy. 

A native and life resident of the Lee Road community in Covington, he was an 
employee of the St. Tammany School Board for over 20 years. He possessed an 
uncanny knowledge of anything and everything associated with trains and his 
kind, most generous spirit was consistently seen, in not only his love for 
cats, but also in how he lived life and loved us all.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral service at 12:00 Noon on 
Thursday, July 3, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 10:00 AM.

Interment at the J. M. Fussell Cemetery will immediately follow services.
