Butz was the oldest of four children born in New Orleans on November 24, 1926 to Herbert J. and Paula Verlinde Jacob and was a resident of Covington, LA for 57 years. Left to cherish momÕs memory is best friend and companion, Jim Cassidey; three siblings: Patricia Arnoult, Albert ÒSonnyÓ Jacob (Ray Lee) and Herbert ÒJakeÓ Jacob (Margaret); five children: William G. ÒJerryÓ Seiler, Jr.(Diana), Lee Ann Tamburello (Theren), Dr. Jeffrey Seiler (Brenda), Michael Seiler (?), Patrick Seiler (Marilyn); 10 grandchildren: Sean Seiler (Ashley), Christy Keithley (Rob), Ben Traylor (Jody), Paula Laderoute (Ed), David Tamburello, PhD (Heather), Deacon Brian Seiler, Dr. Kim Dukes(Will), Brittany Seiler, Elliott Seiler, Ethan Seiler and 9 great grandchildren: Thomas Adams, Aidan Seiler, Carter Traylor; Bryce, Adam and Abigail Laderoute; Michael and Sarah Tamburello. One great grandson Brody Lee Woodward preceded her in death. A graduate with Dominican High SchoolÕs Class of Õ43, Butz later graduated from Dominican College with a BS in Biology. Mom was married to the late William G. (Bill) Seiler, Sr. for 42 years. While raising five children, she selflessly volunteered at schools, churches, and civic organizations and was a volunteer at St. Tammany Hospital for over 22 years. Mom enjoyed traveling, cooking, helping others and will be dearly missed by all. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Thursday will begin at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Tammany Parish Hospital Foundation. ===================
