Eli Lane Sims died on Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at East Jefferson General 
Hospital in Metairie, LA. 
He was the cherished son of Rev. Jeffrey Lane Sims and Erin Evans Sims.

Survived by his sisters: Addison Sims and Caelyn Sims, grandparents: Frank and 
Maureen Evans, Jerry and Pat Sims, aunts and uncles: Beau and Joanna Evans, Ben 
and Misty Evans, Heather Evans and Matt and Autmn Young.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service at 2:00 PM on 
Friday, June 13, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue 
Covington, LA 70433.

Visitation on Friday, June 13, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
