Rosalie Sagnibene Alphonse, age 88 of Slidell, LA died on Wednesday, July 16, 
2014.
Born, Sunday, September 13, 1925 in Bayou Current, LA. She was a former 
longtime resident of Chalmette, LA.

Survived by her Children Betty A. Brignac, Angelina A. Jarman, and James R. 
Alphonse, Brother Frank Sagnibene, Grandchildren Bonnie Ann Leonard, Meghan 
Jarman, Maddie Jarman, James Richard Alphonse, Great-grandchildren Bayley 
Smith, Cara Leonard, and Ross Lemoine.

She was predeceased by her Husband Peter James Alphonse, Father Frank 
Sagnibene, Mother Angelina Sagnibene, Grandson Brett Lemoine, Brothers Sam 
Sagnibene, Joseph Sagnibene, Charlie Sagnibene, Angelo Sagnibene, Mitchell 
Sagnibene, Sisters Josie Vullo, Francis Vigie, Lucy Vullo, Mary Vullo, Katie 
Guilbeau, and Son-in-law Ronald M. Brignac.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on 
Monday, July 21, 2014 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue 
Covington, LA 70433. Visitation on Monday, July 21, 2014 from 9:00 AM to 
service time. 

Interment in Pinecrest Memorial Gardens Covington, LA.
