Lester A. Calvin, Sr. passed away on Friday, July 18, 2014 at the age of 86.

Beloved husband of the late Genevieve Krizek Calvin. Loving father of Lester A. 
Calvin, Jr. Son of the late Florence Vasel Calvin and Russell Calvin. Brother 
of Donald Calvin. Grandfather of Les Calvin, III, Christopher Calvin, Fred 
Arch, Wendy Arch and Neva Silva. Great-grandfather of Neva Estela Silva. Also 
survived by his niece, Carla Machen.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services at E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 on Tuesday, 
July 22, 2014 at 1:00 PM with visitation on Tuesday beginning at 11:00 AM.

Interment will be in St. Louis, MO at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. Calvin to be 
made to the VFW or the charity of your choice.
