John David Helm Jr. passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, July 15, 2014. 
He was born on Monday, June 19, 1933 in Camden, NJ to John D., Sr. and Sarah 
Beach Troth Helm and was a resident of Covington, LA since 1973.

The beloved husband of the late Harriet Fraser Helm, he is survived by his son 
- David Fraser Helm and David's "sweet-pea" - Lorraine Box.

His ashes joined with those of his one true love, Mr. Helm's life was 
celebrated with a private memorial and committal ceremony assisted by E.J. 
Fielding Funeral Home of Covington, LA.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lakeshore Hospice, to whom the 
family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for providing such dedicated 
and compassionate care when it was most needed.
