Gloria Jean Martinez Barletter peacefully passed away into the realm of life 
eternal on Friday, August 22, 2014.  

She was 72 years old, a native of New Orleans and a long-time resident of Bush, 
LA.  

The beloved wife of the late Harold ÒBuddyÓ Barletter.  Mother of Leon (Lisa), 
Mark (Rachel), Brian (Tracy) and the late Kim Barletter.  Sister of George and 
Kenny and the late Mae, Billy, and Gordon Martinez. Grandmother of Stephen, 
Adam, Benjamin, Kimberly, Amber, Sarah, Joshua, Amanda and Abby Barletter.

Gloria will forever be cherished by all who knew her as a fun-loving, giving, 
coffee drinking companion who enjoyed singing, dancing and passing time on her 
backyard swing.  She will certainly be missed.

A special thanks to everyone who had the opportunity to share some beautiful 
moments at her most recent gathering.  Services will be private.
