She leaves behind her sons Jeremy Blount, Jonah Blount, Chase Poret and Cody 
Poret, her father Robert Blount, Jr, Stepmother Linda Hansen, Brothers Robert 
Blount III and Greg Blount. 

She was preceded in death by her mother Angie Blount and her grandparents, 
Clyde and Helen Morse. 

She will be greatly missed by all of her extended family and friends. 

As a special thanks to the wonderful hospice nurses, the family requests 
donations to St. Tammany Parish Hospital Hospice program in Kristy's memory

A memorial service will be held at Serenity Funeral Home, 20419 Hwy. 36, 
Covington, on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2:00 pm. Visitation at the funeral 
home on Saturday from 12 Noon until service time
