Oliver F. "Brad" Bradford, Jr. passed away on Friday, August 15, 2014 in 
Covington, LA. 

He was born on Sunday, September 11, 1921 in Donaldsonville, LA to Oliver 
Filmore and Bertha Landry Bradford lived in Metairie and New Orleans before 
moving to Covington in 1989. 
He was a graduate of LSU and received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola. BradŐs 
professional career was spent with Texaco as a Petroleum Landman and Attorney. 
A member of Tchefuncte Country Club, he enjoyed fishing, swimming and playing 
on the computer. 
He was also a parishioner of St. Anselm Catholic Church in Madisonville.

The beloved husband of the late Alice Marrero Bradford, he is survived by two 
sons - Charles E. Bradford and Oliver F. "Chip" Bradford III.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at 7:00 PM on 
Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. 
Covington, LA 70433.

Friends are welcome to visit with the family from 6:00 PM until mass.

Interment at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens in Covington, LA will take place at a 
later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covington Food Bank, 840 N. 
Columbia St. Covington, LA 70433.
