STRAHAN, SUZANNE HURSEY 

On Wednesday, August 20, 2014, Suzanne Hursey Strahan passed away at the age of 
73 years.

Mrs. Strahan was a graduate of Charity School of Nursing and was a retired 
Registered Nurse at Southeast Louisiana Hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Donald Strahan; children, Kimberly Strahan 
Kramer and Kevin Strahan and wife, Niki Gross Strahan; siblings, Miles Hursey 
and Richard Hursey; and grandchildren, Albert A. Kramer, IV, Elizabeth Kramer, 
Jesse Strahan, Benjamin Strahan, Katherine Strahan, Joseph Rigol and Katy 
Rigol.

Preceded in death by her parents, Sheldon Hursey and Fritzie Lockfield Hursey, 
and a brother, Jans Fredrick Hursey.

Family and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday, 
August 23, 2014, at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church 4141 Pontchartrain Dr, 
Slidell, LA 70458. Visitation will start at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 
AM.

Interment to follow at Logtown Cemetery, Logtown, Ms. A reception to follow the 
committal service at First Southern Baptist Church of Pearlington, Ms.

In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to First Baptist Church Food Pantry, 
Slidell, La.
