Guy Gerard Chisholm passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at his home in 
Mandeville, LA. 
He was born on December 18, 1951 in New Orleans, LA to the late Lester Carroll 
and Mildred Robertson Chisholm.

Guy will be greatly missed by his beloved wife, Lorraine Kimball Chisholm. 
He was the loving father of three children, Melissa C. Tarver, G. Michael 
Chisholm, and the late J. Michele Clay. 
Guy was the loving grandfather of Marissa and Morgan Clay, and Taylor and 
Hunter Tarver. He was the brother of Kyle Chisholm (Linda), Gary Chisholm, 
Debra C. Price (Glenn), and Geralyn C. Kuhn (the late Kenny). He is also 
survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at 
a time yet to be determined at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 400 Verret 
St, New Orleans, LA 70114.
