Paula Ann Johnson passed away peacefully on Friday September 19, 2014 at the 
age of 79. 
Paula Ann is a life long resident of St Tammany Parish. 

Survived by her two loving daughters Jennifer Johnson of Oakland, CA. and Sally 
Ann Johnson of Boston, MA. 

Family and friends are invited to the memorial service on Saturday November 1, 
2014 at North Shore Unitarian Universalists Church, 28662 Krental Road, 
Lacombe, LA.
