MaryLouise Maes went to be with our Lord and Blessed Mother on Saturday, 
September 27, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her husband Alphonse M. Maes Jr.
She was the mother of Bonnie Ragas (Ronnie), grandmother of Kandiss Schroeder 
(Sean), Kyle Carambat (Ashley) and Kellie Holifield (Toby). MaryLouise had 
eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

MaryLouise was a native of New Orleans, and a resident of Arabi until Hurricane 
Katrina. She then moved to Hixon, TN and has spent her last six years in 
Slidell. 
She was a devoted parishioner of St. Louise de Marillac in Arabi, Holy Spirit 
in Soddy Daisey TN, and Our Lady of Lourdes in Slidell. She was employed in the 
kitchen at St. Louise de Marillac and for the ARC of St. Bernard, Orleans, and 
Tuscaloosa.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3, 2014, at 12:00noon at Our 
Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester Blvd, in Slidell.
Friends may visit the church of Friday beginning at 10:00am.

Burial will be in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens in Chalmette.
