LYLE STORY, 88, of Pearl River, LA, passed away on Wednesday, October 22, 2014, 
in Slidell.

Beloved husband of Helen Poillon Story for 59 years;
Father of Donna Shields (Terry), Brian Story (Debbie), Dean Story (Raye Ann), 
and Ronald Story (Anne);
Brother of Mary Bosch and the late Sidney Story, Isabelle Madere, Robert Story, 
Carroll Story;
Grandfather of Chad Shields (Angela), Kelly Shields, Benjamin Story (Kristen), 
Ashley Story, Shane Story (Hailey), Kyle Story, Josh Story, Leigha Story, Kayla 
Story, Christina D’Angelo (Anthony), Chris Sparnecht (Brianna), Lucien 
D’Angelo; great-grandfather of Madison D’Angelo and Patrick Doll.

A native of New Orleans, a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran, and a longtime 
resident of Chalmette.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 910 
Crossgates Blvd, Slidell, LA, on Saturday, October 25, 2014, at 12:00 noon.
Friends may visit at the church on Saturday beginning at 10:00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Samaritan Ministry at St. 
Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church.
