TONEY, VINSON WILLIE 

Mr. Vinson Willie Toney, 67, of Linden, TN. Passed away Tuesday, October 28, 
2014 at Perry Community Hospital. 

Mr. Toney was born February 14, 1947 in Pearl River, La. To the late Jasper 
Toney and Delia Jarrel Toney. 

In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by sisters, Oree Toney, 
Iona Provost, Lucille Barton and Ruby Woodward, and brothers Monroe and Frank 
Toney. 

Survivors include his wife Jane Toney, daughter Linda (Tim) Lee, sons Jimmy 
(Deb) Burkhead and Steven (Jewel) Burkhead, grandchildren, Samantha (Dale) 
Adams, Brittany Burkhead, Matthew (Hollie) Gilboy, Jessica Burkhead, Seth 
Burkhead and Johnathan Mailhes, great-grandchildren, Zyler Gilboy and Aaliyah 
Burkhead, sisters, Minnie Sorrells, Kosciusko, Ms., and Ola May Oliver, Pearl 
River, La., and numerous nieces , nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 1, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the 
chapel of D.T. Williams Funeral Home, 67525 Hwy. 41, Pearl River, La. 
Visitation on Friday, Oct. 31, 2014 at the funeral home from 6:00 until 9:00 PM 
and on Saturday morning from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations preferred in memory of Vinson Toney, to any 
Capitol One Bank for Zeblin O. Pearson.

Interment to follow at Charter Oak Cemetery, Pearl River, La.
