DOROTHY “DOTTIE” LYONS, 85 of Slidell, LA, passed away on Friday, November 21, 
2014.

Beloved Wife of Joseph Harold Lyons Jr. for the past 64 years.
Mother of Sandra O’Flynn (husband the late Jimmy O’Flynn), Jack Lyons (Barbara) 
and Lori Offner (husband, the late Don Offner Sr.);
Daughter of the late John and Estelle Martin;
Sister of Gerry Gillen, Janice Barrios, and the late Joan Ahrens;
Also survived by six grandchildren: Jimmy O’Flynn, Jodie Burns, Donnie Offner , 
Joell Abney, Jonathan Lyons, and Andy Durr; and eight great-grandchildren: 
Jonathan O’Flynn, Jason O’Flynn, Jenna O’Flynn, Blake Thonn, Colin Thonn, 
McKenzie Burns, Macie Burns, and Madison Offner.

A native of New Orleans, and a resident of Slidell for the past 23 years, she 
was a member of Slidell Newcomers Club, and Slidell KC Ladies Auxillary.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 26, 2014, at 11:00 am, at 
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 400 Westchester Blvd, Slidell LA, 70458.
Friends may visit at the church beginning at 9:00am.
