MIZELL, GERRY WAYNE 

On Monday, November 10, 2014 Gerry Wayne Mizell passed away at the age of 57 
years. 

He is survived by his wife Marsha Mitchell Mizell, his mother Ethel Opal 
Taylor, daughter Lori Phiac, 2 step daughters Renee Schmidt, Wendi Crawford, 
step son Ronald Crawford, brother Elroy Mizell Jr., 2 sisters Karen Sue Ferre, 
and Sandra Lou Sanchez. 

Mr. Mizell is preceded in death by his father Elroy Mizell. Family and friends 
are invited to attend the services on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 1:00PM at 
Mizell Cemetery located in Isabel, Louisiana.
