He was born on November 19, 1938 and was a lifelong resident of Slidell. To cherish his memory, he leaves three children: Loretta Stevens; Larry Pichon, his wife, Judy; Lori Pichon-Milford, and her husband, Anthony. Also remaining are his 4 grandchildren: Jennifer Hebert wed to Alan, Patrick Pichon with wife, Jillian; and Meghan Pichon and partner, Amber; and Aidan Milford. He leaves behind 3 great grandchildren: Zachary Hebert, Alyssa Hebert, and Rachel “Ellie” Pichon. He is survived by his brother Bertram Pichon and his wife, Frances. Kyel was welcomed into heaven by his loving wife Delores “Dodie” Pichon, his parents, Leo and Agnes Pichon, brother, Irvin Pichon, and his son-in-law, Jimmy Stevens. He was an electrician by trade and a handyman at everything. He was an avid sports fan, and a superb cook. He loved to travel with his family and devoted himself to the happiness of others. Kyel loved everyone and was loved by all who knew him. He was a wonderful father who passed many gifts on to his children such as how to be a great parent, treat everyone with kindness, and remember always to serve others. He belonged to St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church and served two terms as Grand Knight in the Knights of Columbus, Council 2732. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME, 1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA, on Tuesday, December 02, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. Interment will follow in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY. Visitation on Monday evening, December 01,2014 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with Rosary at 8:00 P.M. and will resume Tuesday morning, December 02, 2014 from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. ===================
