DAMON L. CHRISTIAN, 53, of Slidell, LA, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 
2014, at Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved Husband of Deidre Christian;
Father of Brandy Heppel (Joshua), Justin Christian, Rachel Guillory, Alaina 
Guillory;
Son of the late Austin and Juanita Christian;
Brother of Rebecca Jenkins, Gary Christian, and the late Austin Christian Jr., 
and Alan Christian;
Also survived by one granddaughter: Hannah Heppel.

A native of Clarksdale, Mississippi, and a resident of Slidell for the past ten 
years. He was a member of Slidell Elks Lodge #2321, and was past State 
President of the Mississippi Elks Association. He was also a member of Woodland 
Baptist Church in Peoria, IL.

Memorial Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 9:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Slidell Elks Lodge #2321, PO Box 
5445 Slidell LA 70469 for the Damon L. Christian Memorial Scholarship Fund.
