Lisbeth “Lisa” Helland-Hansen passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 
the age of 69.

Beloved daughter of the late Hilda Anette Haugen Helland-Hansen and Alf 
Helland-Hansen. Sister of the late Leif Helland and Egill Helland. 

She is survived by her friend and companion, Tee Tarleton.

Lisa was a native of Norway and retired in Abita Springs after working for Pan 
American World Airways for 25 years. She was an accomplished musician being 
able to play the piano, guitar and accordian. While living in Abita Springs, 
she enjoyed gardening, computing and was a member of the Covington Bird Club.

All funeral services are private with a memorial service to be announced at a 
later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Lisbeth to be 
made to the St. Tammany Hospital Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
