Jacqueline Levy Panks, born 7/18/1932, passed into the arms of Jesus on 
12/17/2014.

Jackie is the beloved wife of the late Edwin Panks of 61 yrs.
She is the mother of Gwen Venezia, Gaynell Collins, and the late Linda Luther 
and Lisa King.

She is survived by 2 sisters, 1 brother, 10 grandchildren and 13 great 
grandchildren.

Jackie was a life long resident of Slidell, LA, and retired from STPSB after 17 
years.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral
Services at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 1:00 P.M.

Interment in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.

Visitation on Saturday after 11:00 A.M. until funeral time
