Bernardine Ann Trahan went home to be with her Lord and her parents, on Monday, 
December 29, 2014 surrounded by her family, in Covington, LA, at the age of 56.  

She was born on June 27, 1958 in Houma, LA, she was raised in Chauvin, LA, and 
was a resident of Covington, LA. 

Bernardine was preceded in death by her parents, J.C. Trahan and Madora Lirette 
Trahan; her grandparents, Jessie and Maybelle Trahan and Francis and Josephine 
Lirette, and longtime companion, Coco "Goubutt".

She is survived by her sister, Mary B. McFarland; and nieces, Marylynne 
"Pumpkin" Marcel (Jeremy), Regina "Sweet Pea" Paige McFarland, and Makayla 
"Mickey Mouse" Madora McFarland, and great niece and nephew, Ariyana "Nanna 
Bug" Marcel and Jeremy "T.J." Dillon, Jr.

A celebration of Bernardine's life will be held at a later date. 

Interment will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery, Chauvin, LA.
