B. Frank Davis, Jr., 66, passed away on Thursday, January 1, 2015, with his 
family by his side.  

He was born to the late Frank and Virginia Davis, Sr., on Friday, December 24, 
1948, in New York City, NY. 

Frank graduated from the University of Virginia in 1971 and went on to earn a 
Juris Doctorate in law from Tulane University in 1974.  In 1979, he joined the 
law firm of Bernard, Cassisa & Babst and became a partner in 1997. 

Frank is survived by his wife of 42 years, Kathryn McLeod Davis; two children, 
Benjamin Franklin Davis, III and Kathryn Lauren Fay Davis; three grandchildren, 
Antonio McLeod Davis, Charley Schenck, and Zooey Alice McLindon; and his 
sister, Virginia Davis Nudell of New York City. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Frank’s Life on 
Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Ralph’s on the Park, 900 City Park Avenue, New 
Orleans, LA 70119, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
