He was born in New Orleans, LA on Tuesday, October 15, 1929 to Loretta Nagel and Albert Dominick, lived most of his life with his family in Arabi, LA before moving to Abita Springs, LA in 2006. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he honorably served his Country during the Korean War. After returning home, he worked for South Central Bell until his retirement in December 1988 as a Service Operator and Supervisor. The beloved husband of Patricia Capella Dominick, he is survived by four daughters and one son - Susan Nehlig (Ray), Pamela Kobe (Carl), Jamie Voorhies (Regan), John Dominick, Jr. (Jamie) and Tammy Dominick (Dave Morales); 10 grandchildren - Tracie, Chantelle, Joshua, Falyn, Nicole, Ashley, Casey, Corey, Kristen and Tyler; and 6 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother - Harold Dominick and his sister - Mae Agnes Mayon. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral mass at 1:00 PM on Monday, January 26, 2015 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave. Covington, LA 70433. Visiting hours on Monday will begin at 10:00 AM. Interment at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery in Slidell, LA will immediately follow mass. U.S. Army ===================
