Jeannette was born on Monday, January 4, 1926, the daughter of Joseph and Daisy Molinary. She attended Nichols High School during the late 1930's and married soon after. She married the late Henry J. Fried, III. on June 8, 1941. Shortly after their marriage, he was drafted into the Army and she went to work at Consolidated Aircraft on the lakefront in New Orleans as a riveter building PBY aircraft in support of World War II. She later went to work as a waitress in the then famous "Rendezvous Cafe" located in Maison Blanche department store on Canal St. She went to work in the early 1950's for Sears and Roebuck Co. and retired after 40 plus years as a sales person and later at Credit Central. She and her family moved to Chalmette, LA in 1952 and lived there until 2005 where she, as so many, lost everything to Hurricane Katrina. She and her husband then moved to Covington, LA. Jeannette was a very kind and gentle soul, a very talented person. She had a generous heart and was always ready to help others. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 69 years, Henry J. Fried, III. in 2010 and her brothers Joseph, Louis, and Stanley Molinary. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her son, Henry J. Fried, IV. (Joanne) of Diamondhead, MS; her daughter, Rhonda Bovia (Kelly) of Bush, LA; her grandchildren, Patrick M. Fried (Stephanie), Lisa Swan of Denver, CO., Erica Thieler, Morynne Bovia, and Phillip Liuzza; her great grandchildren, Nicholas and Trevor Swan, Shelby Gonzales, Ian and Olivia Fried, Treston Thieler, and Seth and Stella Ledig. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the Chapel of Bagnell & Son Funeral Home, 75212 Lee Road, Covington, LA 70435 on Friday, January 16, 2015 at 11:00 am.
