Dianne Dobbins Schindler passed from this life Saturday, January 10, 2015, in 
Mandeville, LA. at home surrounded by her family. 

Native of New Orleans and resident of Mandeville. Daughter of Miriam Powers and 
the late Waller H. Dobbins. 

Loving wife of 46 years to the late Gerard R. Schindler. Devoted mother of Jodi 
Wittliff, Melissa Williamson (Ian), and Kaia Williams (John). Sister of Judy 
Mills, Catherine Kearney, and the late Waller Dobbins Jr. Grandmother “Grammy” 
to Henry, Max, Isaac, Wyatt, Liam, and Theo. 

In Lieu of flowers, please make any contributions to St. Jude Children’s 
Research Hospital. 

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend memorial services, 
Monday, January 19, 2015 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, 312 Lafitte 
St., Mandeville, LA. 
Visitation is at 10:00 a.m, followed by mass at 11:00. A "Celebration of Life" 
reception to follow at Pontchartrain Yacht Club, 140 Jackson Ave., Mandeville, 
LA.
