Louis (LJ) Joseph Gleason, United States Navy Veteran, age 68, passed away 
peacefully on Thursday, February 5 2015, surrounded by his loving family. 

He was a devoted son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and friend to many. 

He is survived by his beloved wife, Lynda Sylvester Gleason of 44 years. 
Brother to Grace (Sissy) Gleason Lasseigne (husband Raymond Lasseigne). Father 
to Katherine Gleason and Micheal Gleason (wife Jessica Favalora Gleason). 
Grandfather to his princess Shelby Ann Favalora DeNardo (husband Christopher 
DeNardo, United States Marine) and his tugboat Michael Troy Gleason, Jr. 

Son of the late Vinda (Sarge) Gleason (retired United States Army Sargent) and 
Adele Catherine Carday Gleason. 

The family would like to thank everyone for all of their prayers and a very big 
thank you to the staff at Slidell Memorial Hospital’s MICU2 floor for their 
compassion. 

At Louis’s request, no services will be held.
