KURT “KAPTAIN KURT” PEARSON, 57, of Lacombe, LA, passed away on Wednesday, 
February 25, 2015.

Father of Luke Pearson, Cory Pearson Livingston, Jessica Thompson, and Rebecca 
Pearson;
Son of Cultus and Margaret Frances Pearson;
Brother of Anita Ryan, William Pearson, Edwin Pearson, Candace McNeill, C.O. 
Pearson Jr., Gerard Pearson, Quinn Pearson, PhD, and the late Zeblin Pearson;
Also survived by nine grandchildren: Alexis Livingston, Adam Livingston Jr, 
Morgan Livingston, Timothy Thompson, Brenden Thompson, Lana Thompson, Jayden 
Coulon, Tristen Coulon, and the late Hailey Thompson.

A native and lifelong resident of Lacombe, Kurt was a commercial crabber, and 
was known as “the Kaptain”.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
Funeral Services will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 11:00 A.M.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday beginning at 9:00am.
