Daughter of the late Selena Flashner Regan and Joseph Regan. Sister of the late Rita Regan Louiviere and Joseph Regan, Jr. Survived by her nieces Gail Farrell, Susan Boes and nephew, Joseph Terese and many grandnieces and nephews. Also survived by lifelong friends, Marilyn Wenzel, Shirley Cowart, Thais Milla and Loretta Whyte, and her extended family, James B. Gaffney, Michael and Chris Gaffney, Linda Gaffney, Sharon and Raymond Carter, Gary Gaffney and Jacqueline Wollman and many great-nieces and great- nephews. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart of Jesus High School in New Orleans. Mary Catherine retired from BellSouth after 43 years of service and was a Life Member of the Telephone Pioneers of America, Crescent City Council. She was a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity STW for 24 years where she founded the Habitat Home Store in Covington. Mary Catherine was an Associate of the Dominican Sisters of Peace. She resided in Christwood Retirement Community in Covington. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Abbey, 75376 River Road, St. Benedict, LA 70457 on Monday, February 16, 2015 at 2:00 PM with visitation at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Monday beginning at 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mary Catherine to be made to Habitat For Humanity St. Tammany West. ===================
