LESTER B. “BUCKET” SCHELLINGER JR., 68, of Slidell, LA, passed away on 
Thursday, February 5, 2015, in Houston, Texas.

Beloved Husband of Deborah Thonn Schellinger;
Father of Jenny Schellinger Brennan (Ronnie), and Lester B. Schellinger III 
(Michelle);
Son of the late Lester and Rita Schellinger;
Brother of A.J. Schellinger, and Ronald J. Schellinger;
Also survived by four grandchildren: Hunter Brennan, Braden Brennan, Sydney 
Schellinger, and Cole Schellinger;

A native of Chalmette, a longtime resident of Lake Catherine, and a resident of 
Slidell for the past eleven years. “Bucket” was a lifetime commercial 
fisherman.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A Visitation will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.
Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 10, 
2015, at 11:00am.

Burial will be in Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery.
