Mickey worked as a secretary for the Arkansas State legislature during the Clinton administration. She was an avid gardener and reader and was a member of the Lamplight Readers Book Club at the Madisonville Public Library. She also loved her exercise group at the Mandeville Senior Center. Mickey was a member of St. Timothy United Methodist Church. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Avenue, Covington, LA 70433 with visitation beginning at 10:00 AM.
