She was born on Friday, September 26, 1958 in New Orleans, LA to John R. Redd and the late Anna Mae Mahl Redd. Rozellyn was married to her beloved husband, Michael “Mickey” Romano, for 22 years. She was the mother of five children, Michael D. Romano (Maria), Kimberly Thompson (Tyrone), Marc D. Romano, Micheal A. Cappo (Hellen), and Christopher J. Cappo (Sarah). Rozellyn was the loving grandmother of Christian Thompson, Emily Romano, Tyler Thompson, Michael Romano, Alyssa Thompson, Peyton Romano, Gavin Scheur, Kolbey Cappo, and Michael Anthony Cappo, Jr. Rozellyn was the sister of John R. Redd (Ann) and Deborah A. McEwen (Rick). She will be dearly missed by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. The family would like to offer special thanks to Dr. Culicchia and the staff at West Jefferson Medical Center, and Rozellyn’s friends at Touro Infirmary, St. Tammany Parish Hospital, and C&C Drugs. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass on Monday, March 9, 2015 at St. Joseph Abbey, 75376 River Rd., St. Benedict, LA, at 1:00 PM with Visitation from 10:30 AM until 12:30 PM at E.
