Betty Jean Lambert Deshotel, age 80, passed away on Friday, April 3. 

She was a native of Hessmer, LA and resident of Slidell for forty-five years.

She is the beloved wife of Charles Deshotel and mother of Steven 
Deshotel(Kathleen) and the late Bonnie Gibbs.

She is survived by a sister Ruby Lambert, a brother Raymond Lambert, a 
granddaughter Carole Morella, two great grandsons Joshua Gibbs and Logan 
Gaskill and one great-granddaughter, Sophia Gibbs.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father Melanie and Arthur Lambert 
and a grandson Brice Gaskill.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Services 
at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Blvd., West. Slidell, on Saturday, April 
11, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.

Inurnment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be on Saturday after 9:00 a.m. until service time.
