He was born on July 20, 1987 in Lafayette, LA and was a resident of Mandeville, LA since 1996. Alan’s unique spirit had a way of touching people’s hearts. He brought absolute joy, love, and laughter to those around him. His vibrant personality was embraced and admired by all. To Alan, the simple things in life brought him happiness; music, swinging, fishing, family and friends. To each person Alan’s life holds a special meaning. Whether Alan was sharing a smile with a stranger, or spending time with his loved ones, his life’s purpose was being fulfilled. The world is a bit dimmer and the Heavens a little brighter. Our angel has been called home to his eternal life. The beloved son of Cheri Crochet and Paul Andre Hebert, Alan is also survived by one sister – Allison Danaher Hebert; his grandparents - Gloria Hebert, Ronnie and Lila Crochet, along with his larger extended family members. Alan’s Celebration of life services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 10, 2015 at St. Timothy United Methodist Church, 335 Ashbury Dr. Mandeville, LA 70471. Like Alan, this celebration of his life will be joyful and unique. Please wear bright and colorful attire. Visiting hours will begin at the church Friday at 11:00 AM. Interment at the St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery in Covington will immediately follow services.
