DENNIS WAYNE MIDKIFF, age 52. of Slidell, LA, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 
2015, at Slidell Memorial Hospital.

Beloved Husband of Betty Lavigne;
Father of Dennis Midkiff Jr., Michael Midkiff and Brandon Lavigne;
Son of Eva Kelly and the late Milton Midkiff;

Brother of Robert Midkiff, Patrick Kelly, Tina Polite, Robin Mason, and Kathy 
Heffley.

Dennis was a former employee of Slidell Roofing

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral.
A visitation will be held at HONAKER FUNERAL HOME,
1751 GAUSE Blvd. WEST (IN FOREST LAWN CEMETERY), Slidell, LA
on Thursday, April 9, 2015 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm.

Burial will be in FOREST LAWN CEMETERY.
