On Saturday, April 11, 2015 Raymond Herman Phillips passed away at the age of 
97 years. 

He is survived by his wife Mary Grace Miller Phillips, and 1 son Frank Phillips 
(Carol). Mr. Phillips is also survived by 2 grandchildren Aaron Phillips and 
Tammy Martin (Tim) and 5 great grandchildren Tiffany Martin, Travis Martin, 
Andy Phillips, Arian Phillips, and Kara Phillips. 

Family and friends are invited to attend the services at D.T. Williams Funeral 
Home, located at 67525 Hwy 41, Pearl River, Louisiana 70452 on Friday, April 
17, 2015 visitation from 9:00AM until 10:00AM with service starting at 10:00AM. 

Interment will follow at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Cemetery located in 
Slidell, Louisiana.
