Johnny “Bo Red” Sharp passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2015 in Covington, LA. 

He was born on March 15, 1957 in Covington, LA to Latamore Varnado Sharp and 
Irma King Stogner.

Bo Red was married to his beloved wife, Paulette Jenkins Sharp for 33 years and 
together they had three children, David Allan Sharp, Heather Nicole Sharp, and 
Holly Noel Sharp. 
He was the grandfather of Hope Nicole Fayard. Bo Red was the brother of Joyce 
Jenkins and Evelyn Sharp. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter Holly Noel Sharp, his 
brother Paul Sharp, and his sisters Lois Farais and Lisa Sharp.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service 
on Monday, April 13, 2015 at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st Ave., 
Covington, LA 70433, at 10:00 AM with a WAKE on Sunday, April 12, 2015 from 
6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Visitation on Monday is from 9:00 AM until service time. 

Interment will follow the service at Barker-McManus Cemetery, Covington, LA.
